OUR INSTRUCTORS

At JUST DRIVER TRAINING, our instructors complete an extensive pre-employment interview prior to being accepted into our training program. We strive to employ individuals of good character, sound judgment, direction of purpose with the ability to impart knowledge, understand the driver’s ability to internalize the information and work well within the training standards of our school. JUST DRIVER TRAINING is an insured and bonded driving school.

The training program for instructors consists of intensive field training so they are well versed and knowledgeable about teaching methods, traffic laws, rules and regulations, in addition to defensive driving techniques.

Each instructor must pass an examination administered by the Georgia Department of Driver Services. The Department also completes a thorough background check, which includes submission of fingerprints and photos to the G.B.I. and F.B.I.. All instructors must have and maintain a clean driving record and have experience dealing in a teaching environment.

Just Driver Training CEO Graham Gullett OUR CEO

Graham Gullett’s qualifications include Driver Education, Business Management and Public Relations. He served on the board of SAIDI. BMW contracted Mr. Gullett as a Training Expert for their Train the Trainer program in Defensive Driving, Skid Control and Racing Programs. He trained military personnel in active duty on new military vehicles. In 1986, Mr. Gullett developed and implemented a defensive driving program for driver’s of commercial vehicles, evaluating and re-training many corporate driver’s in the field.

Mr. Gullett traveled internationally and researched driver behavior and driving programs in Europe, England and Australia. He owned and operated the largest independent driving school in Southern Africa. Diplomats from North African countries sent their chauffeurs and security personnel to attended training at his school. Mr. Gullett’s experience in training drivers with disabilities, the elderly, diversified population groups, corporate drivers, teens and international drivers extends over a period of 30 years. He personally trains all instructors at his school He was President of West View Round Table and a Charter member of the Rotarian Club.

Just Driver Training offers online registration for driving school

OUR ONLINE SUPPORT STAFF

All instructors that assist and monitor the 30 hour Driver Education Course Online are licensed and certified by the Department of Driver Services. Support Staff offer assistance at sign-up and the registration process. They monitor the progress of students throughout the course and provide online assistance when needed.
